Outer Strategies for Inner Peace
Some differences appear on the surface to be irreconcilable. On a global scale,
this often manifests in the conflict between two warring tribes over a piece of
land both claim to be "theirs"; in a marriage this may appear in one partner's
desire for more freedom butting heads with the other partner's desire for more
security.
In our inner lives, these conflicts play out in a more mundane but no less
distressing way. Let's face it - when part of you wants to look great naked and
another part of you wants cheese fries, it can be difficult to be at peace with
anything!
My love of life and freedom, energy, depth and joy are key ingredients of my coaching style. In my presence you feel trust, confidence, ease to be who you are, and inspiration to grow and move towards what’s important for you. Holding my clients as resourceful, creative and whole, I challenge them to fully step into their LIFE - on their own terms! I draw upon my life experiences, that are very rich, filled with risks, challenges, major changes and shifts, leaps of faith, and on-going exploration and learning.
